Final Destination

At 10:11 PM finally l got off in OBI station where there was an old friend waiting for me with the car ... It was exactly 24 hrs since l left from sannomiya! Yes count with ur fingers 24 times to understand what it does mean to travel by train almost non stop ... lt was like to go to Italy with a direct flight of an 11 and half hrs, stopping by just to eat a good salami with a great flavored oily & saltly focaccia as antipasto, then a fantastic first course that u can choose depending on ur taste, and finally a fresh sliced buffalo mozzarella accompanied with fresh big round juicy tomatoes with some lettuce and to finish, of course, a dessert of ur choice! l would have chose an homemade tiramisu ... then as u finish this fabulous lunch back to the boarding gate and fly another 12 hrs back to TYO ... to eat these extra ultra fresh sushi. It was a hell of a trip! l could not avoid noticing that the surrounding hills had all these trees lined up so perfectly well and l was wondering it it was a nature joke or ... but of course it was man made and there is a reason too, these plants are called sugi, japanese cedar, and they were planted back in the samurai times ... they were planted in this such way under the order of some big boss to facilitate the buildings of the houses ... eh, to build an house need stright woods right? well, thats why. But to see thousands and thousands of these japanese cedars all together to sing a song
"We Are Certainly Wild" ... is just amazing.
So this time l was a guest of this sweet couple, the bread people, M & N, in this quite spacious HOT house, it was like to enter in a sauna ... yeah, after all it was also the bread shop so u can imagine the temperature inside ... they survived because of the modern air-condition, working almost all the time!!! they also had a very beautiful river just in front ... not like the river that l have near my home in tyo ... this was so crystal clear that l almost wanted to swim in ... l just let my feet to enjoy.
They make bread using natural yeast, they also make the yeast, it is more like ORGANIC BREAD ... M loves to make bread and N loves to be in the air-conditioned room! since l also love to cook and making pizza, occasionally bread too, l offered my help ... well l got a clear nooooo. and why? because, 1: the working space was too small, just enough for 1 person, 2 people is somehow on the survival level and 3 people is just impossible ... 2: the job start at 3 o'clock of the morning.
3: l also love to sleep ... thats what l'm going to do right now ...

(^o^) goodnight (^。^)y-.。o○
