TYO

Alright... today l make a little exception,
see the picture on the right?
yeah now go straight on to read ... and where did l shoot this nice graffito? in TYO yes!!! b-b-but what about the trip ... what happened after the final destination? wait a little bit, as for now l'm excited to post these first pictures that l took with my new camera ... yeeaaahh l never took so many pictures in my life as when l did while traveling and so when l came back in TYO l decided to buy a good shooting gear (not half priced one like the shoes) and WOW it is totally a different music to shoot with this canon camera!!! and it is becoming like an hobby ... YEP, this graffito was near shibuya station made by students of an art school ... then going on l inevitably spotted other
ones ... ssoooooooo nice ... l wanted to remove that f*****g bicycle
but then l said no let it be there and
right next, this sun/moon that is one
of my favorite symbol beside the ying/yang and with a coca cola?!!! the only international thing that is found in every corner of this wonderful planet earth!! a very juicy
creativity!!! the Art that japanese people makes are really unique and yet so simple ... just wow ... just like the japanese food! if we compare it with italian food as well with italian art, on both these fields there is a kind of contradiction ...the japanese food and art are very light, very simple very aesthetic (but l dont mean these graffito ... should l go to pick some example? nah l dont wanna now... sorry) whereas the italian food 'n' art are very good and beautiful but it make your belly BOM and the art is wow for its complessity ... somehow l do feel some beautiful attraction between japanese and italians. thats why l'm here!!!

Then when l went back home and had a little siesta, l was planning to go on with the odissey but l gave up for 2 reason ... 1: outside there was a cool breeze blowing and sitting here at the PC with the humidity all over my body ... nnaaaaahh and, 2: l wanted to give some drumbeat on the shore of the river with its nice blowing breeze. So l took the drum and l took again the camera that l wanted to experiment with low light and all that photographic stuff and when l was walking down to my favorite place ... the same place since a discovered it 7 yrs ago`, it is a nice spot and and well positioned that it make me feel that l'm not in the city... yeah u'll se some tall buildings on the opposite shore but that is just a nice contrast ... the real beauty is that l sit so near the river and somehow it become a magical place with the reflection of the flowing water ... and l got these yellow flowers standing so high that looks liked a mini sunflower WOW l said ... lets shoot'em off!

And here is the view from "my place" ... isn't so nice?
l have a very long story about this place ... may be l will tell yo some day ... it is also a beautiful spot for a sunset but today was so cloudy because it is coming a typhoon and from tomorrow for 2 days will be raining ... so my room will be cooler and l hope to go on with the odissey ... anyway before l started to play the drum l wanted to try various settings of the camera as u can see on the right and l just
found out later on my pc the beauty of that piramid-like
cloud behind the buildings ... no? anyway l'm happy to learn how to shoot!!!

The sky become darker and l started to use a small tripod, very very cheap one for the slim type of the digital camera, if l dont use a tripod when the light is really low then it is very easy to get a blurred image ... then l started to play. and l played and played ... only on this spot l can get lost easily in the wave of the sounds ... sometime l'm very soft and gentle and there are moments that l go totally wild!!! and today l played both the soft and the wild.
Just before going home l shot these final pictures and l noticed later ... if u look attentively the red lights on the buildings of this upper image u'll see as if there are many small hearts!!!! LOVELY!!!!! and now ... really my last shot .

wow this is really something, today i also got some pictures of Riviera Ligure and HEY people i need some water! AND i don't mean the RAIN WE GET EVERYDAY - not so much either - i mean that much water where you don't see the other side, but i love this river, it looks more like a big lake - does it flow very dire-dire?

com'e' che hai scoperto i segreti? dire dire means slowly, don't you remember what we say to the rickshaw driver? but maybe you like to go fast, very dangerous these days the traffic is horrible.

lets say that i segreti hanno scoperto darshan (^-^) just flowing with the river ... and in a let go state the secrets are revealed.
AH it was slowly-slowly? l thought it might be that but wasn't so sure and moreover l didn't even know it ... instead l used a lot BAS-BAS LOL.

Well my dears
sometimes it is too dire-dire
then we have to chalo-chalo
jaldi-jaldi

darshan said...

and jaldi-jaldi means? hurry up?

Poonam Tanmayo said...

yes
and 'bas' means enough or stop
and 'chalo' is lets go or get going
so you are improving your Hindi sitting in Japan
my son loves languages and wants to study linguistics
he took 2 years off from college to study German
everyone here thought he was crazy
but those were all non-Osho people and came from their own fears of stepping out of the system
its unbelieveable how much in fear people live
and when someone wants to do their own thing they do their best to pull him back
I feel so blessed to be out of the system
all of us, you, me, Chamki
its living on the edge and its worth the freedom it brings, isn't it?

was in India and one day l was sitting with friends and one italian woman, a very sweet mama with big mouth and lots of words flowing from it ... and we were discussing the racist situation that there was in ltaly, suddenly she said: "after all, deep inside in each of us there's a little bit of a racist ..." HEY STOP THERE A MOMENT, l said, you just talk for yourself, because l do not have even that little bit.

Yeah, once I was sitting with a German woman and an Indian friend came by
So we chirped n chatted, they made a date to meet later
After he left she tells me,
" I have changed so much. When I first came here in Pune-1, I wouldn't even talk to an Indian, let alone go on a date with one."
What she had forgotton perhaps was that the very reason she came to India was for an Indian man, Osho.
She not only sat at his feet but hung onto his every word and was steeped in his presence.
Yes, you can say that he was beyond all this slotting and yet he was as Indian as can be. I could write a thesis on this.
Even an enlightened Master is steeped in his origins. Could be a dirty mud pond but it gives birth to the lotus and hence the two are always connected.
Just as the Commune is such a melting pot and yet we all carry the flavour of our origins, dont we?
